Dear All Valued Students,

Attached herewith is the latest list of students who are officially verified by respective Faculties and endorsed by University Senate to have fulfilled their academic programme graduation requirements as of 29^th JANUARY 2008.

The listed students are eligible for UNITAR 9^th Convocation that will take place as follow:

Dates: 30^th October 2009 (Friday) - Rehearsal

31^st October 2009 (Saturday) - Convo Ceremony

Details on breakdown of Faculty by session and other programmes for the convocation ceremony will be furnished later. You will be updated on the final planning and programme of the convocation from time to time.

Effective beginning 9^th Convocation Ceremony, students are NOT ALLOWED to defer convocation. Students can graduate in absentia as long as students has fulfilled all academic requirement, maintain at least CGPA of 2.00 and have paid all fees. But academic Scroll and Final Transcript will only be released AFTER the convocation Ceremony.

In order to be eligible to attend the Convocation Ceremony, students must make FULL SETTLEMENT OF ALL OUTSTANDING balance due to Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (i.e course fee, library charges etc.) as well as CONVOCATION & GRADUATION FEE on or before 31^st MARCH 2009.

The amount to be paid for the Graduation and Convocation fee is differentiated by level of study as listed below:

To ensure all correspondence pertaining to graduation are timely and accurately prepared and
disseminated (i.e. Scroll, Academic Transcript), we seek your cooperation to furnish us with your latest PERSONAL PARTICULARS as per attached form and a COPY OF YOUR IC. Students who have submitted the GRADUATE PARTICULARS FORM (one that is marked YES in the students list), kindly ignore this instruction.

Kindly complete the GRADUATE PARTICULARS FORM and return to us together with a copy of your IC latest by 31^st March 2009 through the followings:
