STUDENT INSURANCE BRIEFING

Dear All Sabah RC Students,

A special briefing on the above will be conducted by team of representatives
from ETIQA insurance and staff from Student Services Department Kelana Jaya.

The program is scheduled as follows:

Date : 14th August 2009 ( Friday)

Time : 9am – 11am

Venue : SIDMA Hall, Level 1

The purpose of the briefing is to acknowledge and to inform students on the
benefits and privileges offered by ETIQA insurance to UNITAR students.

All students are invited to come and listen to the briefing. Thank you.

Dear PTPTN Holders,

To ensure that you are eligible to receive payment from PTPTN this semester, you are STRICTLY REQUIRED to fulfill the following requirements:

1. Student status must be ACTIVE for the current semester

Students are advised to register your courses officially and make sure Active (Academic Status) appear in the system (VOISS / SMS) before 14/8/2009.


2. Your previous long semester Result (GPA) must be above 2.00

Those who want to re-check or update your result, please make sure that your latest
result is updated in VOISS / SMS by 16/8/2009 and inform us (UNIT PTPTN at UNITAR KELANA JAYA).

* We will not entertain any changes made after these date for the purpose of PTPTN payment.

* For those who have signed PTPTN agreement your active semester for payment is JANUARY and JULY semester only (unless changed by PTPTN).

Dear Students,

Students in KELANA JAYA whose applications have been approved on 22 June 2009 (refer to the name list) are strictly required to attend the agreement submission session.

The details of the program are as follows:

Date: 15 August 2009
Time: 9.00am
Venue: Hall 1, Block A.

This session is compulsory and those who fail to attend on this date are considered not interested in the loan offered and your loan will be terminated.

Please bring along the following document & cash:-
1. Complete set of Agreement (2 set)
2. Supporting documents
3. RM20.00 for duty stamp
