O'briens was founded in Dublin in 1989 by Brody Sweeny. It sells a really good quantity sandwiches and the best coffee of Irish. It also provided the service of outside catering and delivery. As a Franchise partner, the company is responsible for projecting the brand identity.

The following are the details of the job vacancies:

JOB POST 1:
- Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in related
· Hardworking, able to multi task, and work under pressure
· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
· Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
· Self motivated, resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills

JOB TASKS:
The main purpose of the Shift Leader's job is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the unit by maintaining the requirements of the Operational Manual with regards to standards of production, quality, customer service, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, security and profitability.

JOB POST 2:
- Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree/Diploma in a related discipline
· 1 - 2 years' related working experience in Food & Beverage
· Self motivated, resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills
· Meticulous, good time management, self driven, independent with a positive attitude
· Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay will be an added advantage

JOB TASKS:
The main purpose of the Assistant Store Manager™s job is to ensure the Store fulfils all the standards and objectives outlined in the Operational Manual and is in a position to recognize, and respond to, opportunities for improvement.
