REPRESENTATIVE of its company.

SIME DARBY AUTO CONNEXTION SDN BHD is a wholly owned subsidiary that manage Fords,
Land Rove & Alfa Romeo brands. It
is now responsible for the distribution of all Ford vehicles in Malaysia, including
the Focus sedan, Ranger pickup and
Escape and Everest SUVs.

POST 1: ADMINISTRATOR - HUMAN RESOURCE

Job requirements:
1. Able to converse in English
2. Computer literate
3. Those with HR study background will be an added advantage
4. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Job tasks:
Letters issuance, filiing, compensation & benefit, confirmation,
resignation/termination, retirement notice,
retirement benefits (cessation of employment), requisition process, HR reports (weekly
& monthly), internal
administration, monthly report

POST 2: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job requirements:
1. Good communication skills
2. Aggressive and energetic
3. Goal & money oriented
4. Positive attitude
5. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Job tasks:
1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
2. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
3. Identify and resolve client concerns.
4. Sell new vehicles in agreed numbers and at predetermined profits.
5. Can be familiarized with all relevant government legislatiions and regulations
governing the motor trade etc.
